How do I sign up for the online workouts?
Is there a free trial when you sign up?
Yes, each membership automatically includes a 7-day free trial. After the 7 day trial, you will be charged the monthly or yearly plan chosen. The membership will automatically renew.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you have the ability to cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I gift this membership to someone other than myself?
Yes, you can gift a monthly or yearly subscription.
What if I can’t afford the membership at the moment but really need B The Method in my life?
B The Method isn't just for every BODY, it is for EVERYBODY. If you can not afford this subscription please email me at lia@bthemethod.com.
What prop(s) do I need to get started?
The only prop you need is a 9” stability ball filled up with air to about 85-90% capacity. Click the shop link to purchase.
Can I join B The Method if I am pregnant?
Absolutely. There are many pre/postnatal series in the specialty category of the app.
Can I join the live-streaming classes if I don’t have a subscription?
Yes, the live-stream classes are available for individual purchase. Each class is $9.99 and you have access to the 60 minute classes for 24 hours and 48 hour access for the 30 minute classes.
How often should I do these workouts?
First and foremost, listen to your body and find a routine that realistically fits into your lifestyle. I recommend trying to add even the slightest amount of movement daily. The app is categorized by time so whether you have 15, 30 or 60 minutes for yourself each day, there is a series that will make sure you will find time in your schedule.
Where do I begin?
If you are new to the method, I suggest taking a quick look at the tutorial section of the app. It will help you understand how to modify when necessary and execute proper form. Try out the pre/postnatal series first to familiarize yourself with the method. They are also designed for beginners.
